MARTINA JULIANA PERDUCA


Martina Juliana Perduca was born in 1981 in Charata, a small town in the interior of the Province of Chaco. In 2000 she moved to Corrientes city to study. Martina graduated in Food Engineering three years ago and now is studying a PhD in Food Science and Technology.
Martina works at the Cuenca del Plata University as a teacher and integrates a research group about Food Biopolymers.
She was technical advisor for several food companies in the region. Currently she develops her profession in the Ministry of Human Development of the Government. She works in an interdisciplinary team for the promotion of low-income families, specifically to the production, processing, preservation, evaluation, nutrition and distribution of food products.
She lives alone in an apartment, she is single and her family is composed by her parents, a sister and two brothers.
In her free time, gymnastics and sports are a good recreation every day to meet friends and share relaxation time.
Martina enjoys the outdoor life. Her favorite place is the Parana River where she likes going by boat, sunbathing and swimming. She likes watching shows of wakeboard and motocross. She loves dancing, so she goes to the local discos at the weekends. Her hobby is travelling and learning about new places, so she has many friends in different provinces of Argentina and enjoys visiting them.
She would like to visit Universities of Food Science and Technology and contact with research groups, especially about Food Biopolymers. And also she would like schools teaching nutrition and factories and industries related to food and drinks production.-
